About me and my experience

Hello there! My name is Tatiana. If you have already visited the sightseeing tour, rolled along the rivers and canals on a ship and were photographed at the fountains of Peterhof, I invite you to a more detailed acquaintance with the city.

I have lived all my life in St. Petersburg, graduated from St. Petersburg University (philologist), I conduct business English courses and oratorical trainings. Excursions are my hobby, in which everything worked out well: a passion for history, falling in love with my hometown, a craving for travel and the pleasure you get when you are willingly listened to.

I myself draw up the routes of my excursions, select the material for them, and include only what is interesting to me and my friends. I can prepare a tour at your request.

Tatyana is an amazing and engaging guide. Her explanations of the history of the Jews in Russia was an eye opening account; one that has shaken my understanding and one that I'm now led to understand; is not common knowledge for many Jews that they have descended from these parts.

Tatyana kept us engaged for an enthralling three hours with anecdotes and stories of many of the more famous or well known people who now lying at rest in Jewish cemetery.

I would certainly recommend a tour arranged by Tatyana.

Татьяна была нашим гидом по Еврейскому кладбищу в июне этого года. Хотелось посетить что-то вне стандартного туристического набора, и мы не пожалели! Два часа полные занимательных историй, исторических фактов и городских легенд, прогуливаясь под тенью деревьев и любуясь стариной.

Прекрасный язык, идеальная подача материала - вот что отличает Татьяну. Настоящий профессионал своего дела.

А вы пробовали провести в Летнем саду пять часов? Нет? А мы вот вчера попробовали – приняли участие в авторском краеведческом квесте «Тайны Летнего сада» для младшеклассников/среднеклассников (а также их родителей!) Татьяны Мучник (далее – Т.А.). :) (конечно, сам квест занял не всё это время – перекус, отдых и итоговая неспешная прогулка тоже имели место!) И ни капельки не жалеем - было ну очень интересно, бодро и познавательно: ребята дружно бегали по саду, увлеченно и старательно (!) находя ответы на разнообразные вопросы из специальной удобной брошюры-вопросника. А родители трусили рядом с чадами, активно «контролируя процесс» и параллельно проходя петербурговедческий ликбез. Эх.:) Благодарим Т.А. за вчерашнюю Летнесадовскую субботу! Отдельное спасибо: - за карту-план Летнего сада. Мой 8-летний сын вцепился в неё в самом начале квеста, и расстался только при выходе из Летнего сада через несколько часов. «Мама, ну не заблужусь я – у меня ведь карта есть»! :) - за здоровские всамделешные именные дипломы для ребят – дети румянились и раздувались от гордости на вручении. - за отличную погоду! :) А дети счастливы и громко «требуют продолжения банкета»! :)
