English Bridge

The English Bridge is located in the Central part of St. Petersburg, and serves as a crossing over the Fontanka River. The most convenient way to get to the bridge is using the nearest metro station "Baltic" red line. Next, you should go along Lermontovsky Prospect, and turn left on the embankment of the Fontanka River. The walk will take about 15 minutes and you can also see the beautiful Egyptian bridge. From the area of Nevsky Prospekt to the English Bridge is very convenient and quickly accessible by tram route 3, which follows Sadovaya Street. It is worth leaving at the stop "Turgenev Square", and from it to walk only 250 meters towards the Fontanka River. The tram runs often until late at night.
