Oak fountain complex
St. Petersburg Prosp., 46, St. Petersburg
Description:
These fountains are located in the city of St. Petersburg.
Anyone who approaches a skillfully executed oak tree becomes wet through. All because the tree is not easy - in the trunk hidden hundreds of tiny pipes that roll a person from head to toe.
This miracle tree was designed in 1735 by the architect Rastrelli and placed in one of the parts of the Upper Garden of Peterhof. During the war, the Nazis mercilessly destroyed it, but skillful craftsmen were able to restore Dubok, which even today makes fun of visitors to the park.
