Sculpture of a Polytechnic Student

The official opening of the street monument to the student-polytechnic took place in 2010. Its location is symbolic – near the Polytechnic University. This project caught fire dean of one of the faculties Mikhail Radkevich in 2005. He did a great job in advance. In particular, he studied what the uniform looked like in the early twentieth century, which was worn by students of the Institute. Students and entrants worked on the project themselves, but over time they connected sculptor Evelina Solovyova, whose contribution was also very great. The figure was cast from bronze by the employees of Monument Sculpture. It was installed near the “We” fountain, lanterns and benches are also planned.
