Zanevsky Cascade

The shopping mall is located next to the metro station "Ladoga" and Ladoga station. The building of the complex has 5 floors, and on the ground floor “Computer World”, the bookstore “Snark”, and “Crossroads”. The first and second floors occupy more than two hundred shops, brands of clothing, shoes and accessories. On the third floor are children's goods and electronics "M.video". The last and highest floor in the complexes is usually occupied by restaurants and fast food areas with a large number of tables for visitors and an entertainment area. The Zanevsky Cascade shopping mall on the fourth floor is the Kronverk Cinema cinema with five halls. The unusual location of the parking on the roof is also a highlight of the complex. In addition to the shopping zone, a business center and an office zone are implemented in the two complexes "Zanevsky Cascade" and "Zanevsky Cascade-2". Also, construction work is underway to create a third complex. It is planned to implement even more stores, plus a fitness club, curling, a spacious ice rink and another parking for six hundred cars, but this time built into the building of the complex.
