About the company:
Sampsonian Cathedral is an architectural complex (cathedral - bell tower - chapel), differing from other religious buildings of the city by a characteristic feature - a mixture of pre-Petrine forms and elements of architecture of early Petersburg. In general, researchers attribute its appearance to one of the directions of the first half of the XVIII century - "Annensky Baroque", but the completion of the bell tower faceted tent with windows - "rumours", is the only case in St. Petersburg, but typical of the architecture of the XVI - XVIII centuries of Moscow, Yaroslavl, Solikamsk and other Russian cities.
