Museum of Production Association "Arsenal" named after M.V. Frunze

The museum at Arsenal Design Bureau is more than a museum. Having a centuries-old history, not only the exhibits, but also the walls themselves are a repository of historical memory of great cognitive and emotional value.

Cannons, mortars and documents of Peter’s times, exhibits of the second half of the XVIII century, the historical heritage of the XIX century inspire the visitor with sincere respect, respect and gratitude to our ancestors for the fact that already during their lifetime they managed to make Russia great.

The museum is full of exhibits of the pre-war period and the period of the Great Patriotic War, many documents of the blockade stage in the history of Arsenal. The sacrifice of workers, engineers and designers in the name of Victory is reflected in these documents in all the diversity of their unprecedented feat.

Several halls of the museum are allocated for exhibits of the post-war and modern periods. Large-scale models of universal deck-tower ship installations, ammunition for them, photographs and documents highlight the most important role of the Design Bureau in creating a powerful Navy of the Soviet Union.

And finally, the role of the Arsenal in the creation of the rocket and space component of modern Russia. Large-scale models of rocket technology and spacecraft are exhibited in the halls, in the development of which a significant contribution belongs to the glorious team of the Arsenal Design Bureau.

In general, the museum fund has about 1500 items of storage (exhibits, documents, etc.).

The museum has a conference room. Popular science and educational lectures, days of guests of the enterprise, conferences are held there. It is mandatory to visit the museum of newly recruited workers.
