Palermo is a hospitable corner of Sicily on Fontanka, 200 meters from Nevsky Prospect. Elegant modern interior: pearl-white walls drowning in greenery, secluded catwalk with soft sofas of the color of the sea wave, designer furniture made of solid wood and wall frescoes with views of Palermo.

An Italian restaurant with fine dining for every day and an emphasis on wine. On the menu are familiar dishes in modern reading. The menu was designed under the guidance of chef Mario Zangrandi, known for his gastronomic evenings. Here they prepare a honeycomb of mussels alghero in white wine, tuna tallata with ratatouille and capers, ossobuco in Milan with gramolata and saffron risotto. And as part of the tour of regional cuisines, we serve a portobello mushroom with anchovies under mozzarella, an orange risotto in a shrimp bisque with mussels, shrimp and squid and scallops with lime training in the sink under parmesan.

In the evenings – live vocals, complemented by Italian hits and popular dance music.
