On September 1, a film from the series of programs about the Kronstadt Fortress was released on the channel "Culture". Since April this year, work has been underway to create it. The first film is dedicated to the 18th century, the creation of the fortress, the city of Kronstadt before the flood of 1824. Together with a comrade inInitiative group "Preservation and revival of the Kronstadt fortress"Stanislav Vorobyov nWe were invited to participate in the filming as experts. In addition, it was possible to change the idea of the films somewhat, to make their content consistent and focus not only on the geographical principle (one film about the island, the second about the southern forts, the third about the northern ones), but to link it all with the general sequence of events, changes in construction, etc. In my opinion, the first film turned out not bad - it is not strictly documentary, not devoid of some art.
