The tourist complex "Red Mountain" (the location of the filming of the historical x/f "Russian riot")

The thematic tourist complex "Red Mountain" appeared in the village of Saraktash during work on an art film dedicated to the uprising of Pugachev ("Russian riot"). The film is based on two famous works by Pushkin dedicated to this event. St. Andrew's Monastery

In the heart of the Orenburg region there is a wonderful corner, nature itself as if hidden from prying eyes and the bustle of the outside world. From the west, its natural border is the Big Ik River, as if embracing a small piece of land with its arms - Asselya and Uskalk - from the south and north. Its eastern end is walled by the spurs of the South Ural ridges, because of the gentle peaks of which you can observe a sunrise every day if you are in a secluded monastery - St. Andrew's Monastery.
