Call of the Torama National Route

The Call of Torama is a unique, ethnic journey, one of the most original in Russia. Immerse yourself in the world of Mordovian life and traditions, get acquainted with architectural monuments, creativity and religious customs of Moksha and Erzi. And all this to the sounds of folk songs and the aroma of national dishes.

Torama is a musical instrument, a trumpet, in the traditional culture of the peoples of Erzya and Moksha, and in mythology - a symbol of hope. Even in ancient times, the call of the Torams united the Mordovian tribes. Today it is also a kind of call to friendship and an invitation to Mordovian land to get acquainted with the natural wealth of the region, as well as to learn about the local national culture.

The national route "Call of Torama" has absorbed all the most interesting places in Mordovia. The speaking name of the route means - the call of guests to the republic.

As part of the Call of the Torama tour:
