I am a geographer, have higher pedagogical education, Candidate of Geographical Sciences, a certified guide. I will tell you about my favorite city and region through the prism of space and time. I am sure that the Smolensk land is the pearl of Russia! The desire to learn more about my hometown and region led me, quite consciously, to the profession of a tour guide.

In our ancient city, despite the difficult and tragic fate, saturated with military events, there are many attractions that you can get acquainted with during sightseeing and thematic excursions. I will be happy to help in drawing up an individual program of acquaintance with Smolensk and the region. You can see temples and monasteries, the famous fortress wall, bastions, mounds, unique monuments and ancient manors. Another property of the Smolensk land are people. How many famous Smolenians glorified our region - M. I. Glinka, N. M. Przhevalsky, P. S. Nakhimov, S. T. Konenkov, M. V. Isakovsky, A. T. Tvardovsky, Yu. A. Gagarin and many others. One of the best places to explore nature is the Smolensk Poozerie National Park. This corner of the Smolensk region attracts tourists not only by the beauty of numerous lakes, but also by the estate of the famous N. M. Przhevalsky, heroic partisan history.
