Happy City Day, Indifferent Smolensk!
Description:
I have never met Nikita Belykh, I have almost never followed his political activities, I don’t know much about the history with him, but in this interview he clearly says the matter.
People should believe in themselves, believe that their possibilities are limitless, it is only necessary to make certain efforts. Positive changes in life do not begin immediately. But coming into this world, no one promised that it would be easy and that it would not be necessary to work hard.
And yes, today the responsibility of man for the environment is much higher than it was before. Today it is not enough just to be a good employee, to go to work properly and not pay attention to what is happening around.
Today, everyone is the creator of the future of his city and strength, and without his individual efforts and without the efforts of local communities, we will wait a long time for change.
If you want change, take it and do it. Improving your own life is your own work. You don’t have to say that someone owes you something, it’s an illusion. There is only a specific person and their business. He is responsible for these things to himself, to his conscience, to God, to his environment. It is important and expensive for each individual.
Relatively speaking, if you see dirt on the street, and it makes you uncomfortable, take it and sweep, and not be outraged in comments about how terrible our city is. Yeah, you didn't throw that particular piece of paper, but to make it better, it's up to you to remove it.
For example, I occasionally collect bottles around the Smolensk fortress. I didn't throw them there, but we don't have enough Saturdays even once a month.
Happy birthday, Happy Liberation Day, Smolensk!

The province begins to die out and degenerate when the people who inhabit it lose faith in themselves and their capabilities. For some reason you think of people as plants: there are conditions and climate, nutrients and so on — they grow, no — die out. External factors - accommodation, infrastructure and even work - are not necessary and sufficient conditions for personal development. It is possible to cite examples of territories – settled, but dying out, territories, who lack labor, but empty. The main problem is the suppression of the activity of people – entrepreneurial, civil, any and formed paternalistic model of society, leading to the fact that many believe that the state should create conditions, show what to do and how, and reward as the result is achieved. That's not true.
