Sochi

Subtropics of Sochi. Waterfalls, tea plantations and not only.

Description:

The program begins with the landscape park "Matsesta springs": here you will get acquainted with the healing properties of hydrogen sulfide and see the caves in which people have been treated with hydrogen sulfide since ancient times.

Then our way lies to the Eagle Rocks, where, according to legend, Prometheus was chained. From the observation deck you will have a breathtaking view of the green mountains - the photos on this background are excellent.

Take a look at the eco-farm: here you will feed the animals and learn how fruit trees grow - pear, mandarin, feijoa and others. In the shop and restaurant with panoramic windows you will be offered dishes from farm products. Those who wish can go to the hippodrome and ride horses.

A private winery will arrange a tasting of local varieties.

After that, we will go to the natural complex of waterfalls – depending on the time of year, we will visit 5-7 of them. In the spring, they are especially full, and there is no need to paint how beautiful it is.

On tea plantations, where we will also definitely visit, I will talk about the Sochi types of drink and their history - while you take atmospheric pictures.

And in the ethnographic complex you will see pastoral landscapes with mountain lakes, apiary and animals. Through the wild Colchis forest we will reach another waterfall – along the way you will hear what is remarkable about the local flora, and imbue with the beauty of this place.
