Нонна не только профессионал, который прекрасно владеет и языком, и материалом-историческими фактами, знанием нюансов и удивительных историй, она еще и прекрасный, коммуникабельный, позитивный человек, с которым чувствуешь себя безопасно, уютно, тепло. Наши гости были очарованы Нонной, а мы тем, как вовлечено она с ними общалась, размышляла и комментировала их идеи.
Важно отметить то, как к ней относятся в экскурсионных объектах. Особое отношение и к ней, и к ее гостям. А все потому что она такой вот теплый человек.

Nonna is a very knowledgeable, and erudite guide.
She told us a great deal of interesting facts wherever we went - including on the road, as we passed buildings, and monuments; she's clearly well-educated, and has studied a great deal about Sochi.
In addition: as I'm English, and speak little Russian, she acted as a translator on a tour, and was able to translate, in real-time, countless obscure words, and phrases.
Unsurprisingly, I highly recommend her as a tour guide.

Нонна - настоящий профессионал своего дела. Экскурсию для иностранных гостей на английском языке провела на высшем уровне, много интересных мест в Сочи показала и рассказала об их особенностях.
