The monument to Lazarev heroes and victims of the Great Patriotic War was erected in honor of the anniversary of the Victory - 50 years. It stands in the Adler Park in Sochi, which was built in 1977 on the site where military operations used to take place.
In addition to cultural value, the park has an entertainment purpose. Here you can play sports, dance, ride on attractions, and even watch various performances at events, as well as to educate visitors and locals in the park erected a monument and decorated it with marble slabs, which list 233 names of those who sacrificed their lives in the past for the future.
