Private boarding house Kiwi invites for year-round accommodation, rest in Sochi and the Red Polyana private individuals, groups and sports teams with everything you need at minimum prices (10 rubles per room per month).

The boarding house is located in the park area of Adler - 300 meters from the sea, in the area of the resort town, near the sanatorium Izvestia. In the resort town there are many entertainment facilities: a water park, a dolphinarium, an oceanarium, a large outdoor pool with sea water, bowling, cinemas, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, discos, all kinds of entertainment, a large park.

We offer one-room 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and two-bedroom suites with all amenities (shower, toilet), TV, refrigerator and air conditioning. Hot water and heating are autonomous. On the territory of the boarding house: a small outdoor pool, cafe, barbecue, aerary, playground, table tennis - all this will decorate the rest of our guests.

Beaches are free, but, if desired, there are inexpensive paid (50-100 rubles per person).
We organize an excursion program to the picturesque corners of the Black Sea coast of Sochi: Mount Akhun, Agur and Zmeikovsky waterfalls, Canyons, Vorontsov caves, Krasnaya Polyana ski resort, LOO water park and other excursions.
We meet and escort you to the airport, train station (meeting free of charge).
