Sanatorium "Magadan" in Sochi

Sanatorium "Magadan" is located in a unique, quiet and ecologically clean place of the resort city of Sochi on the Black Sea coast, on the territory of its own magnificent park in the village of Loo. Once there was the estate of Count Sergey Dmitrievich Sheremetev, one of the most titled people in Russia, a representative of the oldest boyar-count family. Distinguished by the extraordinary beauty of the arboretum in walking distance from the magnificent clean beach, is an exclusive place of rest. Nowadays, in the protected area of the sanatorium there are modern sleeping buildings, restaurants, cafes, sports grounds, a unique arboretum with more than 300 species of plants, as well as a large pond with decorative fish and aquatic plants.

The sanatorium has six comfortable buildings with a capacity of 411 rooms. Categories are divided into single, double, double with sea views, double increased comfort one-room and two-room, as well as block rooms for family holidays. Each room is equipped with everything necessary for a favorable environment: a TV, telephone, refrigerator; a balcony overlooking the park area, or to the south side with a beautiful seascape.
