The sanatorium is located on a protected area of 12.6 hectares, consisting of two parts: the upper (adjacent to Vinogradnaya Street) and the lower (adjacent to the sea). Along the coast, the sanatorium borders on one side with the sanatorium "Rus", and on the other with the sanatorium "Zapolarye". On the upper territory there are sleeping buildings No. 1,4,5; as well as medical buildings, a water hospital, a gall-chamber; a dining room; a cultural and entertainment center with a library and a reading room.

In the lower territory there is a three-level comfortable beach complex with a developed infrastructure, a sports and gym and a sports field, a swimming pool with a slide and a fountain; sleeping building No. 3, with beach suites, cottages - apartments located in one and two levels; a summer town consisting of eight wooden houses (for four separate double rooms each); a medical center with medical offices; a restaurant "Raduzhny" with a cozy Italian courtyard, bars, cafes and a dining room for vacationers in the summer town.
