Is there fuel oil in Sochi

Friends, the catastrophe in the Black Sea did not affect Sochi. There is no fuel oil in the sea or on the beaches. Although I am a tour guide, but contrary to the opinion that the locals do not swim, I go to the sea almost every day. In the center of Sochi new treatment plants. The water is clean. I swim in any place that is convenient on this day, except the resort town. This year it was that in the chat guides sent a video with the alleged fuel oil in the sea, and on Matsesta, where I live. I went to the place in the video and looked at it. This is not fuel oil, but brown algae on rocks in the water. So come safely! The sea has warmed up and it's great.
