Museum-Reserve: Solovetsky State Historical, Architectural and Natural Museum-Reserve (Solovki)

The Solovetsky Museum-Reserve was established in 1967 as a branch of the Arkhangelsk Museum of Local History. Now it is one of the largest and leading museums-reserves of Russia. In its operational management there are more than 1000 objects of cultural heritage in chronological boundaries from the V millennium BC to the XX century. In 1992, the complex of monuments of the architectural ensemble of the Solovetsky Kremlin was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Accommodation (accommodation, meals) in Solovetsk hotels that are partners of the Center and designed for a variety of categories of clients can be arranged for participants of the Educational Center programs. The structure of the educational center "Solovetsky Islands": the center operates within the framework of five main permanent programs: 1. Summer University. 2.
