The park-hotel is located in Karelia on the shore of Lake Ladoga on the territory of the ancient estate of Gustav Winter and a 100-year-old unique arboretum. Seminars and conferences are held in the building of the estate. For guests, comfortable cottages (1, 2-storey) for 52 main places, in each cottage 3/5 double sauna rooms, equipped kitchen. We offer corporate rest, active rest, a bath on a raft, picnics, fishing on Ladoga, excursions to Valaam, Marble Canyon, Ladoga skerries. On the territory is equipped with a playground, live reindeer, rabbits, squirrels. You can use games: mini-golf, billiards, tennis, badminton, board games.
