Lake Quiet

A great place for reflection and a pleasant, unhurried exercise is the lake “Quiet” in Svetlogorsk.

There is much for joy and peace of soul: ducks, swans, boats, water bikes, a beautiful promenade. Nearby there is a beautiful coniferous forest with impeccably clean air; oaks grow, whose age is about four centuries. There is also one of the oldest lime trees in Russia.

Here you can spend time with children: many playgrounds, there are tents with sweet cotton candy and ice cream.

In the cafes on the promenade you can taste deliciously cooked fish. On the shore of the lake there are beautiful gazebos in which you can sit if it rains. You can get to the lake either from the center of Svetlogorsk on Baltic Street, or along the street. Karl Marx. The lake can be reached from the station "Svetlogorsk-1" through the forest park towards the center.
