The Literary and Theatre Museum was founded in 1989. The museum is named after the famous Komi playwright, actor, director, laureate of the USSR State Prize, Honored Artist of Russia - Nikolai Mikhailovich Dyakonov. The first hall is dedicated to the life and work of N.M. Dyakonov. His comedy "Wedding with a Dowry" was held in all theaters of the country and abroad. As a teacher, Dyakonov brought up a whole galaxy of talented artists of the Komi theater. He staged more than 80 performances in the theater. The second hall of the museum introduces visitors to the history of the Komi theater. Over the past two years, the last hall has hosted exhibitions dedicated to famous figures of literature and theater. At the evening the museum gathers actors, playwrights, art lovers. |
