About the company:
Enthusiasts of their business: the head of the department of culture G. N. Nechaeva and the director of the art gallery Z. A. Svirkova took up the realization of the dream of painting admirers. Having done a lot of work, we created conditions for the exhibition of paintings and opened an art gallery in our city on November 6, 1987.
The first exposition was called “Artists of October” and was presented by the works of Omsk artists who were donated to our city in 1979. The Omsk organization of the Union of Artists of the RSFSR and kept in the funds of our local history museum. There are many meetings in the salon "Second floor", acquaintances with new names of artists, poets, people by kinship of souls - these are doctors, teachers, librarians, folk masters. Over the years, about 600 exhibitions have taken place.
