Thousand Little Things Shopping Center
prosp. Lenina, 111, Tomsk, Russia
Description:
The building of the shopping center "Thousand Little Things" is not only a shopping complex, but also an object of cultural heritage of the city of Tomsk. Located in the city center on the corner of Lenin Avenue.
Initially, the building was built as a hotel type shopping center. All postcards and famous books of the city are accompanied by illustrations with a view of the shopping center "Thousand small things". Many note that construction with an angular solution is typical for Tomsk. Previously, you could quickly get here by rafting along the river. This building was the gateway to the city.
The name "Thousand little things" was given to the complex in the Soviet period, the original is considered "Passage of merchant Vtorov". Unfortunately, this name has been lost, and the second option is more valuable for the Tomsk people.
There is a possibility that instead of a shopping center "Thousand small things" can open a network "McDonald's".
