Rocks "Mouse burrows"
Tuapse district, near Cape Kados
Description:
"Mouse burrows" - one of the favorite attractions of tourists who decided to spend their holidays in Tuapse. This name of the rock was due to two small caves, the structure is very reminiscent of houses of rodents. The rock is located in a north-western direction four kilometers from Tuapse towards the village of Agoy in the protected area of the Kadosh Forest Park.
The caves themselves are not large in size. They can hardly fit a human being.
For those who want to get as close as possible to get acquainted with the attraction, you should choose good weather, since the rock partially stands in the water and in stormy weather heavy waves beat about it, which, in fact, created the "Mouse burrows".
A special charm to this place give crabs, in large numbers climbing out of their shelters in the evening. Public transport from Tuapse follows the rock and various tourist excursions are organized.
