Polenovo + Nobility + Savino

As part of this individual excursion, you are invited to visit three very interesting places: the estate of the famous artist V.D. Polenov; the estate of the first Russian scientist agronomist, encyclopedist A.T. Bolotov; the museum of the commander of the cruiser Varyag V.F. Rudnev.

You will visit the museum-estate of V.D. Polenov, built according to the project of the artist himself, with an inspection of the fully preserved memorial setting. The exposition presents a collection of paintings by Russian artists: V. D. Polenov, I. E. Repin, K. Korovin and others, unique furniture and antiquities, a collection of decorative and applied art. You will also visit Diorama – a unique work by Polenov, created by him in the last years of his life for his children.

On the crest of a high steeple, near the merrily murmuring river Sknighi, on old foundations and according to the description, the manor house of the former estate of the first Russian scientist agronomist, encyclopedist Andrei Timofeevich Bolotov “Noblemanovo” was recreated. From the windows of the house opens a wide and beautiful panorama of the surroundings and a view of the old, broken by lightning during the life of Bolotov oak, fell on a young elm tree and merged with it. According to legend, you can find longevity and happiness if you walk under the formed arch of a inclined oak tree.

V.F. Rudnev Museum opened in 2004. The museum will be interesting to everyone - and those who know about the feat of the crew of the cruiser "Varyag" only from the famous song, and those who at the first chords of this song stand at attention. We invite you to visit this museum not only to know our great history, but to be proud of it, to stand for a few minutes at the monument to the man whose name is written in all books and textbooks about the Russian Navy.
