Tula - Russia's arsenal and shield

The program introduces the history of the creation of Tula weapons, tells about the role of Tula in the defense of Russia from the time of the formation of the Tula Kremlin to the present day. In addition to classic excursions, the program provides for a quest in the military-historical museum, which allows you to learn interesting facts of the military history of the city in a game form.

• Arriving in Tula. Meeting with the representative of the Silk Road travel company.
• Tour of the Tula Kremlin, a unique monument of defense architecture of the XVI century.
• Excursion to the Tula State Museum of Weapons. The exposition is presented in a modern version using the latest multimedia complexes - holographic showcases, video walls, projection screens.
• Lunch;
• Excursion to the museum-armored train "Tula worker". Visitors will visit this armored train, which was built in the autumn of 1941 by the railwaymen of Tula, masters-guns and made a significant contribution to the protection of the city from the occupiers. Here you can find out who built the famous model of military equipment, how its crew was formed, what role the Tula Worker played in the defense of the city of gunsmiths, in what combat operations he participated. • Breakfast. Meeting with a guide in the hotel lobby.
• Sightseeing tour of the city;
• The quest game "Working City Became a Fighter" at the Tula Military History Museum, where participants will take on the roles of representatives of various military units who defended Tula during the harsh days of autumn and winter of 1941. The children will have to deal with weapons and equipment, find out the facts on the defense of our city, work with maps and transcripts of secret reports. Only after completing all the tasks, the participants will be able to win.
• Lunch;
• Excursion to the Tula Defense Museum in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. The exposition of the museum includes more than 900 items found on the battlefield by Tula searchers. It also includes the exposition element of military operations “German post-battle position” and interactive elements “Trench” and “Blindage”;
