Description:
Memorial Museum of N.I. Beloborodov (15.02.1828 - 28.12.1912), inventor of chromatic harmonics, organizer of the world's first orchestra of harmonists, was opened on March 25, 1995 in a house built by his grandfather, merchant M.M. Beloborodov in the late XVIII century. in the center of Tula.

The exposition of the museum presents photos, documents, things, household items, harmonium, gramophone and the first chromatic harmonica of N.I. Beloborodov. In the halls of the museum products of the company "Melody" are exhibited. Visitors can learn about the life and work of N.I. Beloborodov, about famous masters of harmonic production, about the continuation of the musical traditions of the Beloborodov house. The museum constantly has exhibitions, concerts, evenings, literary and musical compositions are held in the living room. The memory of the famous tulyak, talented inventor, musician and teacher is the performances in the halls of the museum of laureates of international competitions of young performers on the accordion named after N.I. Beloborodov.

Building(s):

At the beginning of Lenin Avenue, one of the oldest buildings, built in 1794-1799, attracts attention. The main facade has a strict technical division, the center is distinguished by flat pilasters, over the three central windows ray gables, on the sides - windows with sandrics. Above the windows of household parts there are triangular pediments, which in combination with the attic window makes the building taller, not bulky.
