Description:

The Church of Boris and Gleb in Tver is located near the Volga River. This is the Zatmatskaya part of Tver. The church was built in 1760 at the expense of parishioners. And in the XIX century, the northern chapel was attached to the church. The temple is built of brick, white, with two floors, many windows with casings. On the first floor there was a winter church - warm, and on the second - summer, cold. The style of construction is baroque. It is believed that the church belongs to the buildings of the “Naryshkin Baroque”. Buildings of this type have similar style of buildings and almost the same construction time.

In 1917, the church was closed. And the technical services of the restoration workshop are located here and now. In the seventies, the building of the church of Boris and Gleb was restored.
