Monument to Michael Circle

radishcheva Boulevard, Tver, Russia

Description:

Since June 2007, a monument to Mikhail Krug appeared on Radishchev Boulevard in the center of Tver. The author-performer of Russian chanson, cast in bronze, looks very cozy. With the guitar, on the bench, he seemed to sit down to take a break, think, or maybe write down a rhyme that came to mind. He is in this city, maybe that is why the sculpture looks so harmonious. People come here every day - to sit next to you, lay flowers, just be near the famous Tver resident in Russia.

The project of the monument was developed by Vadim Tsyganov, the producer of the last album of the Tver artist. The author of the sculpture is Andrei Smirnov. The appearance of the monument became possible thanks to the Fund of the creative heritage of Mikhail Krug.

It is noteworthy that there are no indications on the monument to whom the monument is installed, people already know: this is Mikhail Krug.
