House-estate of A.K. Greys

The estate house of A.K. Serykh is one of the most beautiful and interesting wooden residential buildings in the city of Yalutorovsk, Tyumen region. The one-storey house is located on Revolution Street and was built in 1914 for the family of the district doctor Alexei Konstantinovich Serykh.

Due to its architectural value, the house is included in the list of protected objects of cultural heritage. The wooden facade of the house has an elegant eye-catching decor, which is created in the technique of propyl carving. In the house, in addition to living rooms, there was also a reception office of a Zemstvo doctor.

Now the house continues to serve residential purposes, it houses apartments.
