The Temple of the Annunciation of the Most Holy Mother of God

The Church of the Annunciation of the Most Holy Theotokos was built in 1803 on the site of the original wooden church. Its main shrine was the icon of the Nativity of Christ, written in 1671 and depicting scenes of the appearance of the Magi of the Star of Bethlehem and angels, the beating of infants and the flight of the holy family with the baby Christ to Egypt. In the temple in the early 19th century wall frescoes were executed. The painting The Last Judgment, with an area of 28 square meters, on the western wall has survived to our time.

In the thirties of the last century, the temple was closed, its crosses were demolished, and priests were shot. The premises of the temple were used for warehouse and production purposes. The Church of the Annunciation of the Most Holy Mother of God is currently in a dilapidated state.
