The Church of the Holy Mother of God

The Church in honor of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin in the village of Berdyuzhye, Tyumen region, was erected in 1998 on the site of an old stone temple, which was built here in 1843. The parish of the original temple included six villages. At the end of the 19th century, the church operated a parish school, as well as literacy schools. The temple was destroyed in the 1930s.

The new church, consecrated in honor of the Nativity of the Most Holy Mother of God, was opened in 1998. Currently, the church is actively engaged in social work: a sobriety society is open, work is carried out with school students and with dysfunctional families.
