Shajczyk's estate J.S
ooh Lenina, 47, Tyumen, Tyumen region, Russia
Description:
One of the many architectural attractions of Tyumen is the estate of Y. Sh. Shaychik - a merchant of fur goods and winter shoes. The two-storey stone structure was built in 1914 according to the project of the famous architect K.P. Chakin. The composition of the estate includes a brick two-storey residential building and a service outbuilding for the storeroom, located behind the main building. The buildings are connected by a high stone fence and forged openwork gates.
Estate Y.Sh. Shaychik is one of the most striking examples of neoclassicism in urban development. In the architectural solution of the facade there is a spirit of modernity, which is felt in the original interpretation of the cornice part, as well as the free use of small architectural elements - a neat openwork balcony and stucco wreaths. Every year this place attracts thousands of tourists, having visited here, you can enjoy a unique structure and take great photos.
