Hotel "Neftyanik" (Tyumen) is located in the heart of the city of Tyumen in a five-storey building. The entrance to the hotel is from the street. Lived in the "Oil" in August 2007 - the hotel, to put it mildly, not very! The room is very small, probably 4 square meters. Exactly a quarter of it is occupied by an orgom Soviet refrigerator.
