National Youth Theatre of the Republic of Bashkortostan

The National Youth Theater of the Republic of Bashkortostan named after Mustay Karim is one of the youngest creative teams. The year of birth of the Ufa Youth Theatre is 1989, when the Youth Theatre Studio was created, although the history of the theater goes back to the 30s of the twentieth century.

The main task of the youth theater team is to introduce the younger generation to the world of beauty, kindness and light. That is why the main emphasis is on works with a romantic orientation. Among the productions are samples of Russian and foreign classics, modern works, as well as national Bashkir dramaturgy. Over the years, more than 160 performances were presented on the stage of the Youth Theatre, most of which became famous outside the republic.

Almost from the very first day of its foundation, the theater actively tours, is a regular participant in numerous republican, Russian and international festivals and competitions and deservedly enjoys the recognition and sincere love of its audience.
