Horses, rocks, waterfall

A busy trip for fans of active weekends. In one day, you will talk plenty with horses, visit the equestrian yard, get to know its inhabitants closer, master the skills of horse harness management, climb the legendary rock Ukly-kaya, see new art objects on the banks of the Zilim River, take memorable photos against the background of the “invisible waterfall”.

Tour programme:

08.00 - Meeting of tourists in Ufa (the central entrance of the UFA Department Store (October Avenue, 31). Group transfer to the village of Imendyashevo (140 km).

09:45 – meeting with the representative of the Tabyn camp. Preparation for horse crossing.

10:00-10:30 – Safety briefing: “Rules of behavior on the route”. Introducing the harness. Learning skills. The upcoming equestrian crossing is suitable even for beginners who have never sat on a horse – experienced instructors will help to master the basics of riding and make friends with a horse. Horseback allowed children from 16 years. Therefore, children of the younger return and adults who do not go on horseback go on a journey in a sleigh.

10:30-11:15 – Horse crossing to the foot of the rock Ukly-kaya (~3 km). Winter allows you to walk along the bed of the river Zilim, so this transition will be interesting even for those who passed it in the summer, it is an opportunity to see Zilim and its surroundings in snow-white beauty. On the way we will see a salt spring that does not freeze in winter, a hanging bridge near the village of Tash-Asty.

11:15-12:00 – Walking ascent to the top of the arrow rock (~250 m). Overview of the valley of the river Zilim from a height of more than 200 meters is an ideal location for your successful photos. We'll warm up with hot tea.

12:00-13:00 – Horse crossing to the Tabyn tourist base (~3 km). On the way back, we will see art objects that have become the hallmark of the Gafuri district: a memorial of seven arrows, a stele “In Memory of Batyrs” (“Batyrzar Rukhy”).

13:30-14:30 – Lunch from village products. Includes the first, second, salad and tea with rustic cottage cheese, milk and delicious jam. Lunch takes place in the dining room of the Tabyn camp, where you can warm up after the transition, charge your phones and relax if necessary.

14:30 – 15:30 – Visit to the horse yard. You can stroke Boomer's foal, look at the leader of the herd Kuzyu, arrange a photo shoot. Also, those who wish can take part in the competition for the best hairstyle on the mane and treat horses.

15:30-16:45 – Bus crossing to Abzanovskiy waterfall, another name “Men’s tears” (65 km).

16:45-17:15 – Inspection of the waterfall. In summer - this waterfall is almost invisible, and in winter - a beautiful ice phenomenon. Time for memorable photos.

17:15-19:00 – Transfer in Ufa (90 km).

Food:

• The dining room at the Tabyn tourist base in Imendyashevo. In the house - heating, electricity, washing. The toilet's outside.
• On the active part of the route: hot tea in thermoses.

Special - sled-koshevki / boxes with horse harness, thermoses.

Recommended personal equipment:

• comfortable warm outerwear that does not restrict movement (preferably the presence of thermal underwear, adhere to the principle of "layered" in clothing),
• comfortable warm shoes, not wet,
• Warm headdress, covering the ears; (possibly "slacker x / b", covering the forehead, nose and mouth from wind and frost); scarf; waterproof mittens.
