Bus travel from the flat part of Bashkiria through the highlands to the mountain and forest areas of the Southern Urals to the ancient Russian village of Kaga (300 km).

Along the way, landscapes change from the Ural steppes to the majestic Ural mountains. Part of the way passes through the territory of the South Ural State Reserve. In good weather, there is a view of the highest peak of the Southern Urals - Big Yaman-Tau.

Breakfast.

Motor transport to the Bashkir State Reserve - the very first reserve formed in the Southern Urals. Review of the ridges of the reserve (visit the observation tower).

Transfer to Shulgan-tash Reserve. On the way, lunch and a stop at the kumys farm, where you can try the national drink Bashkir-kumys.

Tourists will visit the museum and demonstration complex of the Shulgan-Tash Reserve. The basis for the creation of the reserve was the habitation in this region of the nucleus of the pure-blooded aboriginal population of the honey bee - the Burzyan side bee, or "Burzyanka" - in the conditions of flight - the Bashkir folk craft. This reserve was the first in the world to protect aboriginal wild bees. Excursion to the museum "Golden Bee", an operating apiary. Acquaintance with the object of natural and cultural heritage, included in the preliminary UNESCO World Heritage List - a unique monument of the Paleolithic era - the Shulgan-Tash cave (Kapova cave). Bashkiria ranks first in Russia in terms of the number of horses and the development of horse breeding, and the village of Kaga is also a well-known center of horse breeding in the region. Therefore, those who wish can make a horse-riding walk around the neighborhood (additional fee).

Transfer to the state historical and cultural reserve "Arkaim" (85 km). On the way we cross the Ural River - the water border between Europe and Asia.

For someone, Arkaim is a fortified settlement of the Middle Bronze Age of the III-II millennium BC, belonging to the “Country of Cities”. Scientists believe that this is an ancient city, whose age is estimated at about four thousand years, i.e. the age of Arkaim is older than the age of the Egyptian pyramids.

For others, Arkaim is a natural place of power, located on the site of a natural tectonic fault of the Earth’s crust, in the mouth of an extinct volcano millions of years ago.

Also in the reserve, tourists are offered various excursion programs, which they can visit at will during this day or walk around the neighborhood.

Return to the European part of Russia, to the city of Sibay (road-85 km), which is unofficially the capital of the Bashkir Trans-Urals.
