Ufa traces its history from the XVI century. Of course, not everything has survived from that distant time. The place where the same age of the city was located - the Trinity Church, is now occupied by a modern monument. However, near the hill climbs the first fortress street of Ufa, preserved the charm of the Middle Ages. In the XVII century, the city went beyond the fortress walls, the rays from the Kremlin disperse new streets that have preserved the appearance of those years: wooden houses with carved casings, stone mansions where industrialists and merchants lived.
