Description:
Kuzguntash is a mountain, which is the highest point of the Irendyk ridge, located in the southeast of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The height of Kuzguntash mountain is about 987 meters above sea level. Translated from the Bashkir language, the name of the mountain means “crow stone”. The summit is located between the villages of Khakhilovo and Umetbaevo.
The mountain is protected by the state as it is a natural monument. This is a unique and very valuable scientific, ecological, aesthetic and cultural large natural complex of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
