Translated from the Bashkir Ukly-Kai means “Mount Arrow”. According to legend, young Bashkirs shot at the rock before marriage. If the arrow reached the mountain, it was believed that the boy became a man. In confirmation of the legend, arrowheads were often found on the slopes of the rock.
