Day 1: Master class on cooking baursak

17.00 - Independent arrival to the tourist base "Tabyn" (Gafurisky district, Imendyashevo village) (if necessary, you can order a transfer from Ufa and lunch). Accommodation of a 2-seat room is a standard level of comfort. Master class on cooking baursak - a traditional dish of Bashkirs. Since ancient times, Baursak was not just pastries, it symbolized the sun and happiness. It was a day of worship, and it was a day of worship. Dinner.

Day 2: Acquaintance with Bashkir culture

Breakfast. Horseback tour. You will learn interesting facts about horses and what is the peculiarity of the Bashkir breed, see the leader of the herd and foals, and also tell you the secrets of cooking kumys. Acquaintance with Bashkir culture: a story about the national Bashkir costumes, a photo shoot in national costumes.
Lunch.
Horse-sled crossing to the foot of the rock Ukly-kaya (~6 km). Winter allows you to walk along the bed of the river Zilim, so this transition will be interesting even for those who passed it in the summer, it is an opportunity to see Zilim and its surroundings in snow-white beauty. On the way we will see a salt spring that does not freeze in winter, a hanging bridge near the village of Tash-Asty. On the way back, we will see art objects that have become the hallmark of the Gafuri district: a memorial of seven arrows, a stele “In Memory of Batyrs” (“Batyrzar Rukhy”).
Dinner.

Day 3: Skiing

Breakfast. Selection of equipment. Instruction. Ski walk in the vicinity of the village Imendyashevo (~6 km, ~2 hours).
The direction of the walk is determined by the instructor depending on the preparedness of the group and weather conditions.
