Bus travel from the flat part of Bashkiria through the highlands to the mountain and forest areas of the Southern Urals to the ancient Russian village of Kaga (300 km).

Along the way, landscapes change from the Ural steppes to the majestic Ural mountains. Part of the way passes through the territory of the South Ural State Reserve. In good weather, there is a view of the highest peak of the Southern Urals - Big Yaman-Tau.

Lunch. Accommodation at the Tengri tourist base.

Acquaintance with the history of the area and inspection of the architectural monument - Nikolsky temple. Excursion "History of Kaga village and Ural ironworks".

Visit to the museum “House of a factory peasant of the 19th century”: immersion in the life of mining peasants, memorable photos in folk costumes.

Transfer to the Shulgan-Tash reserve (100 km).

Visit to the museum and demonstration complex of the Shulgan-Tash Reserve. The basis for the creation of the reserve was the habitation in this region of the nucleus of the pure-blooded aboriginal population of the honey bee - the Burzyan side bee ("Burzyanka") in the conditions of beekeeping - the Bashkir folk craft. This reserve was the first in the world to protect aboriginal wild bees. Tourists will have the opportunity to taste onboard honey (for an additional fee in the season).

Acquaintance with the object of natural and cultural heritage, included in the preliminary UNESCO World Heritage List: a unique monument of the Paleolithic era - the Shulgan-Tash cave (Kapova cave). Thousands of years ago, primitive people lived in it and left their drawings on the walls - images of animals. Such ancient drawings, before their discovery in this cave, were known only in the caves of Spain and France. Regardless of the time of year, the cave has a constant temperature of +7 Celsius. Therefore, it is necessary to have warm clothes with you.

Motor transport to the Bashkir State Reserve (30 km) - the very first reserve formed in the Southern Urals. The reserve lies in the part of the Urals, where its main ridges Krak and Ural-Tau lose their meridional direction and disintegrate into a network of very complex hills. Acquaintance with the museum and excursion complex of the reserve will begin with the history and features of the nature of the reserve and the Southern Urals, and will end with a walk along the eco-path to the observation tower. At the enclosure with marals you can watch them, learn interesting facts about them and make memorable photos.

Transfer to Lake Bannoe, sanatorium and ski resort of Russia (140 km).

Transfer to the state historical and cultural reserve "Arkaim" (85 km). On the way we cross the Ural River - the water border between Europe and Asia.

For someone, Arkaim is a fortified settlement of the Middle Bronze Age of the III-II millennium BC, belonging to the “Country of Cities”. Scientists believe that this is an ancient city, whose age is estimated at about four thousand years, i.e. the age of Arkaim is older than the age of the Egyptian pyramids.

For others, Arkaim is a natural place of power, located on the site of a natural tectonic fault of the Earth’s crust, in the mouth of an extinct volcano millions of years ago.

Also in the reserve, tourists are offered various excursion programs, which they can visit at will during this day or walk around the neighborhood.

Return to the European part of Russia, to the city of Sibay (road-85 km), which is unofficially the capital of the Bashkir Trans-Urals.
