Museum of the Peoples of the North

The museum was organized in 1981 on a voluntary basis. The exposition of the museum reveals the rich history of the Bountovsky taiga, acquaints visitors with the material and spiritual culture of the small people of the North - Evenks - the indigenous population of the district. The natural wealth of the area is presented by zoological, archaeological and paleontological collections.

A separate hall is dedicated to the history of the gold mining industry, the geological department of the museum opens a variety of minerals and ornamental stones. In the exhibition hall every quarter - new interesting exhibitions of various subjects
