Description:
The embankment of the Volga River is located in the city of Ulyanovsk 350 meters above the Volga River.
At the height there is an amazing view, beauty, which will not leave you indifferent.
On the central part of the cliff and descent down is separated by an openwork fence, after which there is a curb made of marble, after which there is a staircase that leads to the Park of Friendship of Peoples.
The embankment itself passes in the very center of the city, and intersects with the Ulyanovsk Regional Art Museum.
Walking along the embankment, you will see fountains that are equipped with special light effects – this is an unusual beauty, as well as a large number of flowers, flower beds, unusual benches painted by artists and artistic lighting.
The monument to the letter E is installed on the embankment, the founder of this monument was Mikhail Karamzin, the project of the monument hosted an all-Russian competition.
