Take a trip back in time, visiting the residence of the founder of the first Russian ruling dynasty - Prince Rurik. This place is covered with mysteries and legends, and each piece of land keeps its secrets. The settlement was the center of the main political events in the history of Novgorod, Alexander Nevsky spent his childhood here. You will see the Church of the Transfiguration on Nereditsa, built in the 12th century by Prince Yaroslav Vladimirovich, and the Church of the Transfiguration on Kovalev in the 14th century.
