The estate of Alexander Vasilyevich Suvorov in the village of Konchansky is the only one of the surviving Suvorov possessions. In the XVIII century Konchanskoye - Suvorov patrimony.

The estate became famous after it became the place of exile of the disgraced commander in 1797-1799. A.V. Suvorov, who served Russia with selfless devotion for almost half a century, was dismissed from service by Emperor Paul I and exiled to the remote Konchanskoye estate for opposing the Russification of the Russian army. From here, on February 7, 1799, the commander went on the famous Italian-Swiss campaign, to meet world fame.

The opening of the House-Museum of A.V. Suvorov in Konchansky took place on October 25, 1942. During its 70-year history, the museum has been significantly transformed. In 1965, the summer house of the commander was reconstructed - a lighthouse, which burned down in 1925. Suvorov, made by battle artists A.I. Intezarov, P.T. Maltsev, F.P. Usypenko, opened for visitors.

In the 2000s, a complex of outbuildings was gradually restored: a kitchen wing, a carriage shed, a bathhouse, a barn, a cellar. In the kitchen wing there is an exposition telling about the traditional peasant life of the late XVIII - early XIX century. The wooden Suvorov church was reconstructed, which in 1900 was transported from Konchansky to St. Petersburg.
