The beauty of the Caucasus: Blue lakes, thermal springs

For those who have already familiarized themselves with the sights of Ingushetia, I offer an excursion to Kabardino-Balkaria to the Blue Lakes and thermal springs. This excursion is for resting the soul and body, since the beauty of the Caucasus pleases the eye and a person receives spiritual peace, and bathing in a thermal spring gives an energy charge for the body (reference: thermal waters are saturated with hydrogen sulfide and other chemical elements and have a healing effect on the human body).

Excursion programme:

• 9:00 – departure from Nazran (Vladikavkaz);
• 10:30 – arrival to Blue Lake, walking along the embankment (photo session, souvenirs);
• 12:30 – continuation of the excursion to Upper Balkaria;
• 13:00 – lunch in a cafe, a photo session, walks around the ancient settlement;
• 15:00 – departure to Aushiger to the thermal springs;
• 15:40 – bathing in a thermal spring;
• 17:30 – departure to Nazran (Vladikavkaz).
